Payment processing services for FiloTaxes are provided by our authorized payment service providers. By using our paid Services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of our payment processors.
For subscription services, billing occurs at the beginning of each subscription period. For one-time services, billing occurs at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to paid Services if payment is not received on time.
The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FiloTaxes and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Pakistan and foreign countries.
You retain any and all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services. By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in connection with providing our Services to you.

We do not verify the accuracy of the information you provide and are not responsible for any errors or omissions in your tax filings resulting from inaccurate information.
You are responsible for complying with all applicable tax laws and regulations. Our Services are designed to assist you in filing your taxes but do not constitute legal or tax advice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tax information. While we implement security measures to protect your data, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security measures.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FiloTaxes, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the rules of the Pakistan Arbitration Association, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause.
The seat of arbitration shall be Islamabad, Pakistan. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

No waiver by FiloTaxes of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of FiloTaxes to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without FiloTaxes' prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and void. FiloTaxes may freely assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
